Tom Jandovitz

Tom Jandovitz is the Vice President for Afonova Nelson Homes, LLC.  In this role Tom is responsible for overseeing the general management and strategic planning of the company’s daily operations.   In addition, he oversees the Project Managers & Field Staff for all projects. Tom also works in close collaboration with Mike, our clients, their design teams, and our construction teams to ensure that every project is successful and exceeds our client’s expectations.

In 2000, Tom joined a high end, multi-generational home building firm where he gained hands-on experience in the field working with trades people, vendors, and architects, while also gaining experience in developing and managing client relations, estimating, pre-construction evaluations, project management, and successful project delivery. 

In 2003, Tom established his own firm in Connecticut where he continued his hands-on approach while delivering thoughtfully designed, well-constructed homes for his clients on budget, on schedule, and with the highest quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Tom won Best in State awards for homes he built from the Connecticut Homebuilding Association in recognition of their architecture, interior design, workmanship, and their custom and unique features. 

 In 2015 Tom relocated to Southwest Florida and joined BCB Homes. At BCB Homes, Tom was responsible for BCB’s largest renovation projects as well as new custom homes. Tom was responsible for ensuring a superior experience for all clients, architects, and colleagues to achieve client and design team referrals and repeat business in the future.   

A native of Connecticut and a graduate of the University of Colorado, Tom worked for an international information technology services firm following graduation before deciding to change paths and follow his true passion of custom home building and remodeling.

Tom enjoys spending his free time outdoors with his wife Jocelyn, and their four children.
